File Management

When you enter the homepage of GitMind, you can see My files, Recent, and Shared with me. Here, you can move, delete, rename, and perform other operations on files.

1. My files

In My files, you can view all files within your account. Click the arrow in front of a folder to quickly expand it and view its contents without entering the folder.

2. Recent

In Recent, you can view recently edited files. Click to quickly open them. You can also quickly delete recently edited files.

3. Shared with me

In Shared with me, you can view files shared with you by others. Click to quickly open them, or delete the corresponding records.

4. Rename File

Swipe left or long-press on a document, click the button, select Rename from the action bar, edit the name, and click OK to save the changes.

5. Move File

To move a file, swipe left or long-press on the document, click the button, select Move from the action bar, choose the target folder, and click “Move.”

6. Delete & Restore

Swipe left or long-press on a document, click the button, select Delete from the action bar, and click Delete again to confirm. If you accidentally delete a file, go to My, click Trash, find the file, long-press it, and select Restore.

7. Batch Operation

For batch moving or deleting files, swipe left or long-press on a document, click the button, select Multi-select from the action bar, check the files to be moved or deleted, and click Delete or Move.
