GitMind Idea Flow enables users to record ideas anytime and anywhere, or initiate a quick brainstorm with team members.

What is Idea Flow?

Idea flow can be divided into Personal Idea and Group Idea. In Personal Idea, you can record your inspirations or brainstorms anytime online. In Group Idea, you can initiate idea sharing, allowing participants to view and comment on each other’s ideas.

Personal Idea

Create Personal Idea

Personal Idea enables users to have a quick record of ideas or insparations with Text or Recording, no matter for working, studying or daily life.

1. Text

1. Open GitMind app, and find Idea Memos in the main page.
2. Tap on Text to record.
3. Enter your ideas and hit the send button.
4. Swipe up to review all your saved ideas online anytime.

2. Recording

1. Open GitMind app, and find Idea Memos in the main page.
2. Tap on Recording to record.
3. Enter the recording screen and start capturing your voice.
4. Transcribe the recording into text effortlessly.

View Personal Idea

Open GitMind app and tap on Ideas at the bottom panel. All recorded ideas can be viewed by then. You can even analyze, expand or rewrite the idea after open Idea Details.

Group Idea

Group Idea is ideal for team brainstorming sessions, allowing you to quickly gather ideas and creativity from all team members.

1. Tap on Ideas at the bottom panel.
2. Select Group Idea from the top menu.
3. Click on the + button to initiate a Group Idea.
4. Name your Group Idea and set its duration.
5. Click OK to enable the Group Idea.
6. Once the Group Idea is enabled, participants can share their ideas. Click All Ideas to view all ideas and comments.
