When creating a mind map, you might need to insert icons or images into the topics for additional content. GitMind mobile app provides an insertion feature to facilitate this.

1. Insert Image

Select a topic and click the + button in the top toolbar. In the pop-up menu, select Image option, and then choose a local image to insert.

2. Insert Summary

Select a topic and click the + button in the top toolbar. In the pop-up menu, select Summary option to add a summary to the selected topic.

To adjust the summary range, select the summary and drag its edges up or down.

To delete a summary, select it and click the Delete button in the top toolbar. This will remove the summary and any subtopics included within it.

3. Insert Comment

Select a topic and click the + button in the top toolbar. In the pop-up menu, select Comment to add a comment to the selected topic.

To delete a comment, click the comment icon, click the … in the top right corner of the pop-up window, and select Delete.

4. Insert Icon

Select a topic and click the + button in the top toolbar. In the pop-up menu, select Icon and choose the icon you want to add.

Note：Only one icon of each type can be inserted into a single topic at a time.

To delete an icon, select the topic, click the Insert button in the top toolbar, and in the pop-up menu, select Icon again and click the already added icon to remove it.
