Transfer mind map files from one account to another.

Approach

• To transfer files from account A to account B, begin by logging into account A. Click on your avatar and access【My Account】From there, select【File Migration】in the left panel and copy the migration code.
• Next, log into account B, navigate to “File Migration,” paste the code into the provided field, and click【Migrate now】.

Notes

• Team collaboration files cannot be migrated.
• After migration, the source files will not be deleted.
• After migration, the membership status of the original account will not be cleared.
• After migration, the VIP status of the migrated account will be the maximum duration between the two accounts.
