Content must not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and should adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and societal norms. Clear, accurate, and positive language should be used when guiding AI in image generation, avoiding ambiguity or potential misinterpretation.
2. The commercial use of Al-generated images depends on local laws and regulations. While some regions allow commercial use, others may have restrictions or special regulations. Therefore, it’s essential to understand and comply with local laws before engaging in commercial activities.
3. In order to comply with relevant laws and regulations and foster a harmonious online environment, GitMind reserves the right to implement content review measures aimed at filtering out objectionable content including, but not limited to, pornography, violence, terrorism, discrimination, falsity, or other prohibited content.
4. The image creation feature is facilitated by generative artificial intelligence models. Due to inherent inaccuracies in algorithmic services and the variability of internet connectivity, GitMind does not provide guarantees regarding the outcomes of image generation, which may exhibit defects. However, we are committed to delivering comprehensive and quality services.
5. This agreement serves as an annex to the Privacy Policy and Terms, holding equivalent legal significance. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this agreement and those of the Privacy Policy or the Terms, the terms of this agreement shall prevail.
