What is a VIP account?

Compared with the regular user account, VIP account can show your honorable status. With it, you can activate the full version of the software and enjoy all features of the product without limitations. Better yet, you can get fast technical support for the first time.

You can sign up and continue as a free user, but free user can create up to 10 mind maps.

What can I do if I haven’t received my VIP account?

If you haven’t received the VIP account information, you can contact our support team for getting the VIP account immediately.

Can I use the VIP account on several computers?

Yes, after activating VIP account, you can login with this account on multiple PCs, but are not allowed to sign in simultaneously. If you login with the same account in different PCs, the account you previously logged in will be forced to quit automatically.

How long can I use the product?

Based on the license type you purchased, you can use the product within the corresponding duration without limitation. The duration begins from the day you purchase the product. When the licensing duration ends, the VIP account will be expired, and you need to renew the subscription for continuing to use the product.

What is the difference between Personal License and Business License?

Personal license is for personal use, which can’t be used for profit-making and other business purposes. Business license is for commercial use, which includes business presentations, company demonstrations and other business purposes.

What payment methods can I use?
