What is VIP membership?

What should I do if the VIP is not activated after purchase?

Please contact us with your order number, and our customer service will help you from there.

Can I log into one account on multiple computers?

Yes. After activating a VIP account, you can log into the account on multiple computers, but you cannot log in simultaneously on different computers. If you log in on a different computer, the account will automatically be logged out from the previous computer.

How long can I use the product after purchase?

The duration of use depends on the version you purchased. During this period, you can use the product without restriction. Note that the usage period starts from the date of purchase. After it expires, your VIP account will be deactivated. To continue using the product, simply renew your subscription.

What is the difference between a personal license and a commercial license?

A personal license is for individual use and cannot be used for commercial profit or related activities. A commercial license is for company or enterprise use and can be used for company presentations and other commercial purposes.

What payment methods can I use to purchase the product?

Can I get a refund after purchasing the product?

GitMind offers a 30-day unconditional refund guarantee if you are not satisfied (7 days for monthly memberships). Can I get an invoice after purchasing the product?

GitMind can provide an electronic invoice for each order. After successfully purchasing the product, please contact us and fill out the invoicing information, such as the transaction number, company name, and taxpayer identification number. Our customer service will issue the invoice within 2 business days and send it to your email. By default, a regular VAT invoice will be issued. If you need a special VAT invoice, please specify, and we will ask you to provide relevant information before issuing the special invoice.
