The products involved in this joint membership include the annual licenses for GitMind and LightPDF. Points purchases are not included for this promotion.
2. Account activation
Upon successful purchase, entitlements and redemption methods are as follows:
GitMind annual license will be automatically credited to your GitMind purchasing account; you can view them in GitMind “My account”.
Using your GitMind account to log in to LightPDF and access “My account” for details.
3. Purchase process
Complete the purchase on the Joint Membership activity page.
After successful purchase, the membership will be automatically added to your current GitMind account. Use the same GitMind account to log in to LightPDF and access LightPDF service.
4. Promotion period
The promotion is valid from January 2, 2024, to January 15, 2024. Purchase within this period to enjoy the Joint Membership benefits.
5. Validity period
The joint membership is annual subscription plan, and it will automatically renew at the promotional price. To cancel, contact us at any time.
6. Refund policy
GitMind offers an unconditional refund guarantee within 30 days. After 30 days, if your refund request meets the conditions described in the Refund Policy, feel free to contact us, and we will process your refund.
After purchasing the joint membership package, if you are dissatisfied with any individual product and wish to apply for a refund, please note that we do not support refunds for individual items but only for the entire order.
If you have used the joint membership for several months and are dissatisfied with the product itself, we will calculate the refund proportionally based on your usage period. Please be aware that full refunds are not supported.
